In the fall, teams play friendly matches across division lines to prepare for competition and maintain friendly relationships throughout the union.
The spring season is our competitive season. Teams within the Southwest Union play each other in the hopes to make it to regional playoffs, and eventually, the national championship.
Most clubs will host 7s or 10s tournaments in the summer and early fall. These tournaments are opportunities to keep skills sharp in the off season.
